The main performances are as follows:
1.Plasma CNC cutting machine in the modest increase in cutting speed can improve the quality of incision, the incision slightly narrowed, incision surface is more smooth, while reducing deformation.
2.When the cutting speed of plasma cutting machine is too fast to make the cutting line energy is lower than the desired value, the jets in the kerf can not quickly blow away the melted cutting melt to form a larger amount of trailing drag along. It will lead to incision dross and the cutting surface quality decline.
3.When the plasma cutting machine is too low in cutting speed, since the cutting point is the plasma arc anode, in order to maintain the stability of the arc itself, the anode spot or anode region must find the conduction current in the vicinity of the slit near the arc.
